o  Then, we’ll discuss staging your home because staging gives your home a competitive edge and buyers connect more with staged homes.
o  And when your home is ready to list, I’ll have my professional real estate photographer capture HD images to get maximum internet and social media exposure.
o  I’ll deploy my comprehensive marketing plan and I’ll get your property in front of my expansive network of the best agents in the area. I’ll keep you up to date on current market activity, as well as comments from potential buyers and agents who view your home.
o  And once we have an offer (or two) on the table, I’ll negotiate the best contract price and terms for you.
o  When you accept an offer, I’ll track the contingencies and deadlines and handle all
moving parts of the transaction to ensure we get your home closed on time.
